The infrastructure and landscaping is finally completed and construction has started on the first homes in Fairfield Pointe Village. Fairfield Pointe Village Receives Final Approval

On Monday, August 27, 2007, the Fairhope City Council voted unanimously to grant the final approval for Fairfield Pointe Village.

The Riverton Land Company selects Architects for Fairfield Pointe

The Riverton Land Company has awarded design contracts to two firms for the design and architecture of the Fairfield Pointe subdivision.

Tam Williams Design of Mobile, Alabama and Chatham Home Planning of Fairhope, Alabama will design the homes within Fairfield Pointe. Tam Williams Design will work on the (20) townhomes and Chatham Home Planning will design the (12) Village Patio Homes.
