Construction Slated to Start on Fairfield Pointe Village

The infrastructure is almost complete and construction is scheduled to start
in April on the Gas light and Cobblestone Villas. Two additional home plans have
been added to the Cobblestone Villa line-up with a 4br/3.5ba, 2,431 square foot

The Riverton Land Company selects Architects for Fairfield Pointe

The Riverton Land Company has awarded design contracts to two firms for the design
and architecture of the Fairfield Pointe subdivision.
Tam Williams Design of Mobile, Alabama and Chatham Home Planning of Fairhope,
Alabama will design the homes within Fairfield Pointe. Tam Williams Design will
work on the (20) townhomes and Chatham Home Planning will design the (12) Village
Patio Homes.

details and neighborhood concept of Fairfield Pointe”, said Scott
Williams, President of The Riverton Land Company, LLC. “Both work
in similar styles that reflect the New Orleans creole style of home design for
which A. Hays Town is famous.”

The Riverton Land Company Announces Fairfield Pointe - Quality Lifestyle

The Riverton Land Company is proud to present Fairfield Pointe, a 37 home
